Michelle has been more than a Virtual Assistant to me. She has taken over some of our social media clients for scheduling and has helped me draft marketing campaigns for them. She trains new VA’s when they come onboard, manages part of my schedule (PA – Personal Assistant) and keeps up with student interactions for my courses (TA – Teaching Assistant). She learns quickly, works independently and knows how to conduct herself in a professional manner representing my company.
