What is my mission statement?

Virtually Assisting Clients by always offering a Helping Hand!

What does that mean exactly?

  • Give each and every client all the time and attention they may need.
  • Every job I am given, I plan to put 100% of me and my time into that job.
  • I will pay attention to all the details and instructions that I am given, to avoid having to keep contacting the client.
  • I will always do everything that I can in order to meet any deadlines I am given.
  • When I do a job for a client I try to think as they may so that we do not run into issues.
  • I am not trying to eliminate any employee’s job; I’m kind of like an on call employee, to help with work normal employees do not have time to do.
  • I enjoy challenges and do my best to not only face them but to complete them.
  • Because I am a Virtual Assistant I offer complete confidentiality.

Some projects For Example:

I had a client who started a small business many years ago. Due to the speed and rate of growth in that business they didn’t have time to file or maintain document or receipts, invoice’s and so on. They delivered me five years’ worth of boxes containing all their business records. I sorted everything by date and by all the different company’s and/or bills and invoices. I then did data and accounting entries in QuickBooks to get all their business records up to date and organized.

Another client had a few years’ worth of business records that needed to be shredded. I removed all the staples and paper clips, reviewed the records to make sure nothing needed to be kept nor saved and then I shredded them.

I was given permission by both clients to use this content. They have seen these two examples and they have both agreed to allow me to use this information.  I have a very strong confidentiality policy. (insert conf policy link)

Payments

I accept Cash, Check, PayPal, and Debit/Credit cards.

My services require prepayments. However if you are not necessarily comfortable with that I will allow a normal monthly billing date as long as you are willing to pay a retainer. Once a retainer is in place I will bill you monthly and if after six months of service the invoices have been paid on time, I will then return your retainer to you. If you are on the retainer and monthly billing cycle and you have a time where the payment will be late and you notify me I will allow a small lapse in payment without touching the retainer.
